How to Activate a New User Account

To create a user account, you need an email address that is unique to you

A user account is created for each new email address that is added by a Prokon staff member, account administrator, or license manager. Once added, an automated email is sent to the email address, inviting the user to activate their account. 

Here are the steps to activate your account:

  • Click the Login link provided in the automated email. When prompted enter your email address and click Submit.

  • A new email will be sent to verify your email address.
    • Click the Confirm Email Address link

  • Create a password. Click Change Password to confirm your password.
    • If successful, you can proceed to log in.
  • Click Login. Enter your registered email address, and click Submit. Next, enter your password and click Login.
  • You need to read and accept Prokon Software Limited’s End-user License Agreement and the Privacy Policy to continue.
    • If you accept the agreements, check the respective checkboxes and click Submit.
  • Enter your first name, last name, and primary country of access. Click Submit.
  • Choose your communication preferences, and click Submit. Once signed in your dashboard will be shown.
