How to Reset a Forgotten Password

If you forgot your PROKON password, you can reset it in Lima

• Go to Lima and click Login

• Click Forgot Password
• Enter your registered email address
• Click Reset Password
• Check your e-mail for the reset link
• Click on the Reset link, it will open a new tab in your web browser

• Enter the new password

• Re-enter the new password

• Click Change Password

The new password can now be used to log in to Lima and License Manager.
