If you forgot your PROKON password, you can reset it in Lima
- Go to Lima and click Login
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your registered email address
- Click Reset Password
- Check your e-mail for the reset link
- Click on the Reset link, it will open a new tab in your web browser

Enter the new password

Re-enter the new password

Click Change Password
The new password can now be used to log in to Lima and License Manager.
