A connection troubleshooter is available to help diagnose internet connection issues
- Open License Manager
- Click on the Settings tab, then on the sub-tab Internet Connection
- Click on Start troubleshooter
License Manager requires internet access to communicate with the license server. Various external factors can interfere with communication, including firewalls, antivirus software, and proxy servers. A connection troubleshooter is available to help diagnose internet connection issues. Part of the testing process is to ping a list of websites and the result of these serve as a guide to solve common issues.
From experience, we’ve seen that most connection issues can be solved by creating exceptions in your firewall and/or antivirus rules.
