How to Upload and Download your files

This article explains how to upload and download files from the web streaming service. It guides you through transferring files between your local computer and the cloud-based PROKON environment.

 

  Uploading files

  1.   Log in to your Web streaming session
  2.   On the streaming toolbar (at the top of the window), click My Files
  3.   An online file browser will open with folders
  4.    Choose the folder where you'd like to upload your file
  5.     After choosing the folder you'll have the following options:

  6.      Click Upload File(s) and a file browser from your local computer will open
  7.      Select the file(s) you want to upload and click open to Upload

   Downloading files

  1. On the streaming toolbar (at the top of the window), click My Files
  2. An online file browser will open with folders
  3. Choose the folder with the file you'd like to download
  4. Select the file and go to Actions and click Download
